Over this past weekend, our SkillsUSA chapters participated in our Regional Competition.
Ms. Fyffe is excited to announce the following results!
Jakob H. won Silver in Extemporaneous Speaking! This is a HUGE accomplishment as for this contest, the contestants are given a topic and then only 2 minutes to gather their thoughts on it to then give a 5 minute speech about it.
Xavier B., Mattie A., and Mia C. won Silver in Promotional Bulletin Board! They had to make a project presenting everything we do that connects to SkillsUSA’s there for this year: Ignite Your Potential.
Xavier B. also competed in Ad Design, Jakob H. competed in Photography, and Lillian Cr. and Sage K. competed in Job Interviews. Though they didn’t make top 3, we are still excitedly awaiting their results to see their placements!
