Dear Parents or Guardians,
Summer is coming soon and you might be wondering what your child will do for meals while school is out. Don't worry, we have a solution for you!
From June 5th to June 22nd, a summer feeding location will be available at Surprise Elementary School, located at 12907 W. Greenway Road, El Mirage, AZ 85335. Any child age 18 and younger can enjoy free breakfast from 8-9 am and free lunch from 11:30-12:30 pm. There are no income requirements and all meals meet the federal nutrition guidelines.
Paradise Schools will resume with the national school lunch program on August 1st for all students K-12. We encourage all families to fill out a school lunch program application for the 2023-2024 school year. By doing so, you may qualify for free or reduced-price meals and also internal program discounts. The application can be found on the Paradise Schools website, www.paradiseschools.org. (Select your school, go to forms and downloads, and click on the NSLP status verification and application form.) Once filled out, you may return the form to your school's front office or cafeteria for processing. The NSLP Coordinator, Carlos Merlos, will process your requests and let you know if you qualify for the program.
