Student Information Updates

Hello Parents/Guardians!
 
This is a friendly reminder to update your student's information throughout the school year if there have been any changes to addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, custody information, etc. 
 
To update your student's information, please complete the "Student Information Update Form" and turn it in to Mrs. Valdez in the front office. This form can be picked up in the PHHS front office or printed from our website here.
