Did you know that PHHS has a campus-wide reporting form? Students and parents can submit the “See Something, Say Something” form to report any safety issue or concern. Once completed, the response is immediately emailed to the administration. Students are always invited to report to teachers and the front office, but we recognize the need for discretion. Students can access this form on our website under the "Student Life" tab (link below) or through QR codes posted throughout campus.
