Senior Parents/Guardians:
As you know, our Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2022 will be on the Panther Field, Thursday, May 26th at 7:30pm. Below are key details to help make the event a success.
FOR GRADUATES:
May 25th, 2022 - Commencement Practice
- 6:00 p.m.
- Meet on the football field
May 26th, 2022 - Commencement:
- Seniors must report dressed (appropriately) in graduation attire for commencement by 5:15 p.m. to the middle school gym. Seniors parking on campus must display a parking hanger that was given with tickets at check out.
- No writing or extras should be on gowns. No extra stoles or cords are permitted that have not been approved by administration.
- Cap decorations must be the approved sketch submitted prior to commencement.
- 5:15 p.m. - Group photo
- 5:45 - 7:00 p.m. – Individual photos
- Ladies, please choose your shoes wisely! Walking on the grass in heels can be difficult. Wedges or sandals are highly recommended.
FOR FAMILIES & GUESTS:
- Each attendee requires a ticket, 2 and under will require lap seating.
- No balloons, artificial noisemakers, confetti, posters, chairs, pop ups or coolers
- No outside food or beverages except for water (water will be provided for free for guests)
- Gates for parking will open at 6:00pm
- Gates to the field will open to parents/guests at 6:30 P.M. Parking is only available on campus to those who were issued parking passes. Handicap parking is available in designated area..
- If special seating is needed for disabled/handicap attendees, please notify staff at ticket entry.
