Did you know that PHHS has a campus-wide reporting form?
Students and parents can submit the “See Something, Say Something” form to report any safety issue or concern. Once completed, the response is immediately emailed to the administration. Students are always invited to report to teachers and the front office, but we recognize the need for discretion. This form can be accessed on our website or through QR codes posted throughout campus.
