5 Ways to Express Gratitude

Good Afternoon!

As you may know, the holidays can be a difficult time for those who are going through things and/or have experienced loss. With this in mind, many students (and even ourselves and/or our colleagues) may be filled with grief/sadness, anxiety and/or depression as we near our Thanksgiving holiday. According to an article from Harvard Health Publishing, "In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships." While we may not be able to heal every heart during this time, here are 5 ways for you or to offer someone the opportunity to still be grateful despite circumstances.

Thank you for all that you do for each other and our students!

Have a great week!
