Mrs. McNamara’s class learned about the importance of clarity, details, and specifics in their writing today in a very interesting way 🥜🍞🍇 Students wrote instructions on how to make a peanut butter & jelly sandwich. Mrs. McNamara followed the instructions very carefully but unfortunately, most of the sandwiches were not edible 😂

Mrs. Lopez’s second year Spanish students learned about a popular New Year’s tradition in Mexico called “Las Doce Uvas” or “The Twelve Grapes” 🍇 6 brave students volunteered to eat grapes for luck while the rest of the class counted down from twelve. Traditionally, as the clock strikes 12 on midnight, people will eat twelve grapes for luck in the new year 🍇🎉
