Paradise Honors High School is pleased to announce that the Class of 2026 Commencement Ceremony will be held at Ottawa University’s Faith Arena at 6:00 pm on Thursday, May 14th, 2026.
After careful consideration, school and district leadership made the decision to relocate the ceremony due to the rising costs associated with hosting graduation at PHHS. One key factor was the community’s expressed interest to receive more tickets per graduate and a climate controlled setting. The installation of the new turf football field presented new challenges with chair, stage, and covering requirements, amounting to rental costs above $35,000 for the event. We also considered large-scale venues such as State Farm Stadium, but the cost ($30,000) and the lack of availability in May took this location out of the running. The location at Ottawa University offers an excellent balance of accessibility, comfort, and affordability—ensuring that resources remain focused on supporting students and programs throughout the school year.
Each graduating senior will receive 10 guest tickets to share this special milestone with family and friends (Note: Graduates previously received 6 tickets for guests– two on field and four in the stands.). Graduates will receive their tickets during senior check out on Wednesday May 13th, 2026 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
